There was a pleasant enough outdoor area, but the evening was not that warm, so we went in. The dining room was spacious and well appointed, paper cloths and napkins and chunky water glasses a bit out of keeping really. The welcome was warm, perhaps because we admitted that a friend of the waiter had recommended it. The food was good: antipasto varied and plentiful; ravioli delicate and correctly cooked. For mains, the bistecca di maiale was absolutely brilliant, soft aromatic and perfectly cooked; the pizza was nice and crispy; but not exceptional. House wine (white) at 8 euros was lovely but a bit pricey.
